How to Get Pregnant with LUFS: Peggy's Story [EP 11]

Today my client Peggy shares her fertility story.

She suffered with a mild case of endometriosis and Luteinized Unruptured Follicle Syndrome, or LUFS, and had been trying to get pregnant for three years.

After working together Peggy started ovulating on her own and got pregnant during the second cycle that she ovulated. She now has the a happy three-month old baby.

In this episode, we talk about the importance of nutrition and lifestyle for LUFS, and the increased energy and decreased period pain she experienced as a side effect of our work.
